Essential Ella: A Tribute to the First Lady of Song

Nicoya Baker opens the night with "Sunny Side." The Graeme Francis Quartet backs her, with Chris Vu on keys, Ryan Hagler on bass, and Isidoro Ramos on trumpet. The show comes to San Antonio straight from Doc's Houston.

The set swings through "They Can't Take That Away From Me" and "Hallelujah I Love Him So." It slows down for "These Foolish Things." Then it closes with a medley, "How High the Moon" sliding into "Smoke Gets in Your Eyes."

As always, our kitchen and bar are open for dinner service.

See you at the show!
