JAZZ Nation returns to Jazz, TX for a special night of jazz featuring the outstanding young musicians of the Generations Jazz Orchestra, alongside featured guest performers including Grammy-winning tenor saxophonist Doug Lawrence of the legendary Count Basie Orchestra and Jazz, TX favorites Karlos Elizondo and Adam Carrillo. The Generations Jazz Orchestra is San Antonio’s newest elite youth jazz ensemble, bringing together the city’s top high school musicians with leading professional artists for an evening of jazz combo selections, big band classics, and standout musicianship. This is a powerful look at where jazz is headed — and why its future is in good hands with JAZZ Nation.
