The Hot Sauce Band, a group of San Antonio’s finest jazz musicians, is led by El Toro Fantastico, a local entertainer and jazz legend. Their Cirque du Soleil-inspired show features a diverse blend of pop music and jazz from around the world, creating a potent mix of infectious grooves and dance music that incorporates Brazilian, Spanish, Mexican, Afro, and historical U.S. music.
