David Mesquitic is a pianist, composer, and educator committed to the intergenerational transfer of the knowledge, history, and traditions of jazz. Mesquitic currently teaches at the University of Wyoming as Lecturer in Jazz Piano where he also maintains a schedule performing with his trio, adjudicating, and commissioning music throughout the globe. Mesquitic has had the privilege to study with luminaries Andy LaVerne, Gerald Clayton, Tamir Hendelman, Steven Feifke, and Benny Green. Mesquitic has also had the privilege of sharing the stage and/or recording with Postmodern Jukebox, Jeff Hamilton, Aubrey Logan, Steven Feifke, Benny Benack III, Carmen Bradford, Tony, Glausi, Clark Sommers, Andre Hayward, James Morrison, Chad L.B., Alex Frank, Joe Peri, Micheal Sailors, and Christian Wiggs.
