Doc Watkins and His Quartet - A Special Night Celebrating the Little Club that Could

Pianist, bandleader, and Jazz, TX owner Doc Watkins presents a special evening of music and storytelling in celebration of 10 years of Jazz, TX. Joined by Brandon Guerra on drums, Adam Carrillo on saxophone, and Mike Porter on bass, Doc leads the band through a rich mix of jazz, blues, gospel, and even a little classical piano for a night that reflects the spirit, history, and heart of the club.

This special performance also marks the official release date of Doc’s new book, "Jazz, TX: A Love Letter to Live Music, Community, and the Little Club That Could." After 10 years, it was time to write the story. Guests can order a signed copy for $50 and have it waiting for them when they arrive.

As always our kitchen and bar are fully open for dinner service.
